The Final Countdown

Well, this was delayed for several reasons, the predominant one being the fact that I arrived at Randomville a week and a half ago and after attempting to enter my name and password about 56 times, realized that technical difficulties had completely erased any record of my Randomvillexistence.

Well, now that I am back on the wagon, I am planning to try and do this on Thursday the 26th. I will begin at approximately 7:30, listen throughout the entire work day (until 5) play the cd in my car on the ride home from work (15-20 minutes, depending on traffic) and then smash it thoroughly on the pavement as soon I arrive home. In total, it should be about 9 hours (minus lunch, etc.) worth of Europe.

Even though I'm somewhat of a nube, I'll appreciate anyone who cares to check into my thread throughout the day to offer some support.

In the meantime, I will be checking out all of the Torturethon threads that I missed during my absence. Hopefully, Butter, CR, and everyone else who posted pre-crash were able to have their threads salvaged for posterity's sake.

We're heading for Venus, won't you come along?

Ummm, this actually may already be moved up to Wednesday, as a certain tomato and I might be going up to Cbus on Wednesday evening for a show...which in turn would delay my start on Thursday by an hour or more...I guess I'll know by tomorrow

Well, the logic behind it is that this show will end up being the greatest thing I've ever heard in my life after listening to 8 straight hours of The Final Countdown. I'll probably work something out where I go into the office an hour or 2 late on Thurs, seeing as how I might not get back from Cbus until 3.

Finishing the last hour or 2 at home on Thursday is not a possibility. I dont have an mp3 player, my computer is all funked up,  and my roommate would flat out not tolerate me putting a song on repeat on for an hour or more on the stereo. He'd go upside my head with a bottle of bombay sapphire...and thatd just be a criminal waste of good booze
