Somebody got paid to research and write all of that.  My God how I'd love to work for a company with a sense of humor.

Instead I work for a company that's celebrating three straight years of record growth by giving us 2.5% raises this year instead of the usual 3%.

We must work for the same company.  For meeting our sales goals last year, they raise the bar so high this year that we don't make any money.  Now that's good management!
