50 DVDs in 2009

I could've sworn we used to list the DVDs we acquired every year, but I couldn't find any old threads. (It's hard to search threads via phone, so I might have missed it, too.)
Anyway, I missed setting up a 2008 thread, so here's one for 2009.

We've really cut down since we got Netflix. Other than Disney/Pixar stuff for Kwyj and I..I mean the kids in our lives, we don't buy much at all.

Either I go to a theatre, or I watch it online.

For $9.99 at Target:
the Hugh Grant 4-pack, containing Music and Lyrics, Two Weeks Notice, An Awfully Big Adventure, and Mickey Blue Eyes. Sadly, The Lady and the Highwayman was not included in this collection.

A visiting friend bought a bag filled with DVDs he was planning to dump at Half-Price Books and told us we could have whatever we wanted for nothing. These were the only things I thought we might vaguely watch (again)

Disaster! The Movie
Found this for $3 in the grocery store. The cover art caught my eye b/c it looked like a poor man's
Team America
. And then ... I read the back (emphasis mine):
When a killer planetoid threatens the Earth, Harry Bottoms and his crack team of ASSA specialists must belch and fart their way to victory in order to save the world from the ultimate Disaster! Featuring MOTLEY CRUE, this hilariously demented spoof of big-budget action films is more thrilling than
Armageddon
and raunchier than
Team America.
Oh yes. How I'm only JUST NOW finding out about this nugget is beyond me. I cannot WAIT to watch it.
