The only reason he got the part is Zac Efron decided he wanted to focus on "more serious acting roles". Which means this movie will now totally tank at the box office.

Yes we did.  We actually did it spur of the moment and took both boys with us.

Let me say that this is NOT a kids movie.  My oldest son may argue this point as he thought it was completely awesome.  The youngest just loved the dinosaurs and was scared most of the time by the Sleestacks.  I thought it was frickin' hillarious and so did the wife.  But there were a bunch of moments where there were sexual innuendos, serious profanity and drug use.  I wish we hadn't take the boys, but we all had a really good time at it.

I lived in the same dorm as Timothy Frisby/Brisby in college.   He wasn't very mouselike, but he had also been in Rocky III, so that might explain it.  Periodically we'd show his movies & shows.  I don't think he really liked that.

Hahaha. They are right - it does look surprisingly watchable. I kept on wondering if the characters were old enough, but in the end, you could easily make Ralph Macchio five years younger and all the principles would be the same.

So the big question becomes - do we actually go see this?
