Many of you, like me, are fans of the movie Office Space, especially those who have first hand experience in a corporate environment. It's subversively funny, eminently quotable ("The thing is, Bob, it's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care." - Peter Gibbons) and generally just fucking awesome. Why it works and what makes it great is that while elements are obviously exaggerated to get laughs, as a whole the depiction of places like Initech isn't all that far from the actual truth, and I would know. Honest to God I actually worked for Bill Lumbergh, my boss resembled Lumbergh and actually had some of the same mannerisms and vocal ticks, plus he was the douchiest of the douches. The only difference being his name was Ken Douchebag instead of Bill Lumbergh. So when I saw this, a smile spread across my face.

That was funny.
Though I have to wonder what kind of name that guy has. Ken Douchebag, man, life must be rough for him.

When I first saw that flick, I swore there was a spy in our office who submitted that script.
That movie nails corporate cubicle life to a tee.

Ken Douchebag*
*Name changed to protect the innocent...his first name really was Ken and you don't know how tempted I was to use his real last name. If the message board upload folder wasn't full I'd be able to attach a TPS report cover sheet for anyone to use as they see fit, they're especially helpful when gutting a fish.
