I don't really like Amy Poehler, so I have a hard time envisioning this as a show I would normally watch.
But Loudon Wainwright and that one guy from the Upright Citizens Brigade showing up as brief guest stars gives it 2 extra stars in my book, so we'll see. Plus Aziz Ansari is funny as crap.

Man, thank God. I thought I was the only one. I was discussing the show with someone yesterday and my carpool buddy today and they were both like "Amy Poehler's really funny" and I was like, uh, yeah, I guess, or whatever.

Really? I think it's just a so-so knock off of The Office, which on the whole hasn't been hilarious lately. Funny in parts, yes but not super funny all the way through.

My wife deals with city gov't and committees all day long, every work day... she finds the show hilarious. I find it boring.
We both mostly dislike Amy Poehler as well.

Fun fact: I used to volunteer for the same Parks & Rec department VA worked for.
Haven't seen the show yet. We are scheduled to receive it in Australia approximately the same time we make the switch to digital TV (i.e. 2015).
There are, of course, ways that I could see the show, but I wouldn't know about any of them. Officially.

Not feelin' it. Amy Poehler is trying way to hard to be Michael Scott.

Umm... that was Community.
Parks & Rec has found it's footing for sure, really dig it, despite all of my P&R blasting above.
