I'm sure hurley isn't the only one who can see them, he's just the only one we KNOW OF who can see them. I do wonder if Miles has seen them though. He's so enigmatic and cool.
Poor Michael. I thought he has more than made up for killing Ana Lucia and Libby. He saw somebody right before he died, didn't he? I can't remember. Didn't they tell him that the island was done with him?
Is Locke dead or not dead? I thought he was dead, but the av club writer who does the reviews thought that Des was just trying the near-death experience with him.

Dag yo, if that's what he was doing that was a cold ass way to go about it. I love what they are doing with Desmond, what a great fuckin' character. His bad ass nonchalance with Non-Locke last night was beyond excellent.

I still can't believe Locke threw him down the well.
Where's Lassie when you need her?

Wasn't that Jack's dad... Christian Shepherd?

They are certainly getting down to business. I guess someone realized they couldn't keep doing individual character stories and needed to catch up on a lot of stuff on the "must do before Series Finale" list. Really loved the Desmond in a well/Sayid with a gun scene.
Still laughing about Sawyer saying that Lapidus looks like he just walked off the set of a Burt Reynolds movie AND calling him "Chesty". What the? HAHAHAHAHAH!
Smokey telling Jack that he was with him now kinda freaked me out.

This has me wondering if Jack was really the only one who mattered all along.
Which is really funny, because the look on his face, and knowing Jack the way we know Jack, when Claire said "of course you're with us bro" I was like "aaawwwww yeah, you're wrong there feral Claire. Jack hates being told what to do."
Jim & Sun's reunion was AWESOME. Even Sawyer was moved to tears. That was just so nice. Didn't mention this the other week, but when he got Sun's digital camera and saw the pics of the baby, man that was heartwrenching.

I had to look it up after he said it....
"Then there was Sawyer's quip about poor Frank, saying he had "stepped off the set of a Burt Reynolds Movie." No, not quite, but almost! Jeff Fahey, who plays Frank, starred in an episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents in 1986 called "Enough Rope for Two." That same season, Burt Reynolds directed an episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents titled "Method Actor." And that’s as close as they got, so take that Sawyer. As it happens, the director of the episode Fahey starred in was David Chase, who went on to create something called The Sopranos."

I know. But, they nearly blew him up. So, either he isn't really important or Whidmore doesn't know what the hell he's doing.

Which is the reason I now think that Jack may die and Desmond will be the new Jacob, since Desmond is already going about doing the whole Jacob "meet and greet" thing.
In any case, we won't know for two weeks, as I think next week is a repeat of the Richard Alpert episode. After that its:
6.14 The Candidate - May 4th (Tues)
6.15 Across The Sea - May 11th (Tues)
6.16 What They Died For - May 18th (Tues)
6.17 The End Part 1 - May 23rd (Sunday)
6.18 The End Part 2
And Sunday the 23rd will have 5 hours of Lost material... 7pm-9pm is a recap of the entirety of the show, 9-11 is The End, and then 11:30-12:30 is Jimmy Kimmel's tribute to Lost.

I called one of them.
Unfortunately, they're killing off the people I actually cared about.

Seeing Hurley cry totally killed me.
I guess I'm glad they went together and I still never get THAT upset when someone dies because who knows what dead is on that island or in that timeline or in the next moment. But, I'm kind of mad that I don't care. I should care. But, all the twists on this show make it impossible to totally give in to the idea that they are really gone. Especially when you later see Jin taking Sun flowers in the other whatever.
I'm kind of happy that Kate got shot. Take her down a peg, Man.

More thoughts...
And Zombie Sayid!?!?!? I looooooooove Sayid but couldn't really even feel anything about his death either. SIGH.
LOOOOOOOVED seeing Anthony Cooper in his vegetable state. Just what he deserves even if it is in a timeline when he is a loving father.
Bernard!!!!
I wanted Sawyer to get a fish biscuit SOOOOOOOO badly.

So Desmond turned Sayid human again...Interesting. Glad to see him kind of "awake" now. Nice to see him die for the team though. Kind of redeemed himself a little bit.
If Anthony Cooper was a good loving father, who is the con man who destroyed Sawyer's family?

Hmmmmmm. Good question. Maybe it's still the same man but he had a change of heart when he got to know his son. But, that would mean he would have to have been in Australia at the time of flight 815 (the reason why Sawyer went to Sydney) and I don't think that Anthony Cooper has been travelling internationally in a long time.
