I'm going to say it here because I can't say it at home without getting flack for liking Black Adder: I think No ordinary family is boring and taking too long to actually get anywhere.

This week's episode of Raising Hope... not often you can mine comedy gold from sex offenders or having someone go door to door to announce they have been labeled a sexual predator, but they did just that this week. Dare I say they have a point with how far the "sexual predator" laws go?

The Greg stopped the recording of this episode (Tivo took over the TV while he was watching it). The Greg is in trouble.

Yes! It's awesome. Haven't seen this week's episode yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

Anybody seen Bridalplasty on E?
If not, it's exactly what it says. A bunch of brides competing for their "perfect" wedding, including an extreme plastic surgery makeover for them. Not sure how I feel about it, do I hate it or am I only mildly disgusted by it?

It's definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. I don't watch it on a regular basis, but if nothing better is on, I will watch it. I'm not a big fan of plastic surgery, so I pretty much spend the whole show making fun of all the women. There are a couple on there that could arguably have a legitimate need...the breast cancer survivor and the woman that got attacked by the dog. But those two women are actually some of the better women on the show, even with their "imperfections". They're all decent enough looking that I don't really think any of them need surgery and surgery won't fix the ugly they have on the inside. They're some nutty bitches.

I think that's maybe my problem with the show, most of these girls are (to my eyes) beautiful and don't need fixing but I know enough girls like that who could point out every perceived flaw if asked... plastic surgery ain't going to fix that.
Then again, last night I caught some of this after I had watched an episode of "Bridezillas" so perhaps my attitude was skewed towards the negative.

Anybody that doesn't have an obvious need (mastectomy, cleft palate, scars etc.) that's out to get themselves permanently altered so that they can look good for their wedding has a screw loose.
