Dude, you're doing it wrong. You don't watch LA for that skinny little hag Kiera Knightly...you watch it for Martine McCutcheon.

We watched that last night. I forgot how funny that was. The one chick that kept getting all the abuse thrown at her was cracking me up. And Tom Waits!
Didn't notice this until just now. Assuming you're referring to the cab driver, that's Buster Poindexter!

Or Ron Perlman. HAHAHAHAH.
I hope those 3 guys get together and have a beer every once in a while.

Hillarious...all this time I thought it was Waits. I forgot all about Buster Poindexter. I wonder what David Johansen's up to lately...Google says not much.

I can't believe I forgot to add this to my list:
Hogfather.
Nothing like a twisted Terry Pratchett holiday tale to warm the cockles of your heart.

I can't believe I forgot about "You've Got Mail". I adore it more than I should. I still think it's fantastic to this day.

Me too. I associate it with it's predecessors (Shop around the corner and In the good old summertime) which forgives some sins but it's a cute, well-done remake of the story.

I think I am going to have to add "
Holiday affair
" to the list. I'd never seen it before but watched it on TCM tonight. Sure, you know how it's going to work out but it's sweet and the kid is super cute... plus, it is hard to resist Robert Mitchum in a romantic role.

That reminds me, I haven't seen Jamie Lee Curtis' perfect breasts in this film for a long time

Hey Fiz, while nice those might be, can we keep this thread safe for work?
