If you like TV On The Radio then you might like Diagrams. The latter sure takes a lot of cues from the former. Even the singer's voice has some similarities.

I would say Diagrams sounds more like a late-80's UK prog-rock band.  Peter Gabriel, maybe.

diagrams kind of have peter gabriel's occasionally flat vocals, but that's about the extent of him i heard in that. the music reminded me of the dears. maybe a little TVOTR.
