Hotel Rwanda

Just saw this tonight.  Great movie, but very difficult to watch (for me anyway).  Highly recommend it if you can stomach a film about genocide and the atrocity of rebellion/war.  I spent most of the film crying and angry, however, that's a good sign that they were doing something right with the storytelling, directing, and acting.  Don Cheadle does an excellent job.

Really want to see it, but I haven't yet.  Kinda hoping it makes a DVD appearance soon.

Az, I just saw it last week as well.  Had been meaning to prior to the Oscars, but just haven't made it to see many movies this year.  Very heart-wrenching.  I saw Clinton do an interview in January where he mentions regretting not going in to help our 'brothers and sisters' there.  No, it should eat at him.

Also, is it just me or does anyone else get more and more frustrated with the U.N. the more they learn?Huh?

We watched this movie this weekend. Awesome movie. I'm so ashamed of the west.
It's prompted me to decided to get the Economist each week again. I love that magazine. It covers world events like no other.
