Always hated it that the SGH didn't have 'real' tickets for their shows (and hence no "proof" or remembrance that I was at, say, the Strokes in 2001 or Interpol in 2003). <sigh>

Was that the first time they played there, right after they started getting big?  I was at that show, would have guessed 2001.  Man, great show but it was packed!

the good plastic wristbands with the bands on them count and the tickets you could pickup presale. DOS, yeah, no tickets.

Sampling would be using a snippet or loop from the original song. Since this one doesn't and is just a sound-alike, "rip-off" is appropriate.
