Hey, just wondering if anyone is on twitter who would like to follow/be followed. Feel free to PM if you'd prefer not to make a public post with your twitter info.

I think there's a Rockwell song in there somewhere.

I can't bring myself to join the Twitter community because of the name. That's what one of my friend's daughters called her va-jay-jay when she was little.

She also referred to it as a "pickle," but I'm ok with that.

They should have a "Shitter" community where you can announce when you are taking a dump

They, do, Steve.  It's actually Twitter itself.  They call it a twitter shitter.

I joined up a while back.  I found it pretty useful when Bonnaroo started.  I could sit at my desk and read about every one having a good time.  The ability to take pictures and attach them to your feed makes it 100% better.  I don't go out there anymore though.  I found that it's completely useless as a communication tool.

I finally joined awhile back. During the Grammy Awards last week, these two feeds were quite entertaining:

I came across Robin Williams' twitter feed (via a "news" story about his upcoming heart surgery that mentioned it) and found myself more curious about who he was following than what he was tweeting. (I liken this to the fun I have looking at people's bookshelves. I love to see what/who people read. Doesn't matter whether the person interests me ... the books always interest me. And sometimes the person becomes *more* interesting to me because of the books they read.)

Anyway ... so I looked at Williams' list to see whose tweets he reads, and saw Rainn Wilson on there. Definitely interested in who Rainn Wilson follows on twitter, so I checked out his list and found Demi Moore. Now I'm intrigued. Where will this little mindless game take me next?

Well, of course it takes me to Ashton Kutcher. Surely Ashton Kutcher's twitter list is going to be good for someone interesting. (Not "interesting" as in compelling; rather, "interesting" as in "I wonder what's under this rock.") Justin Timberlake? Mila Kunis?

GAAAAAAAAHHHHH! My eyes! MY EYES!!

Ooo. This may prove to be a golden turd after all. Via Durst's twitter list I found Dave Navarro's twitter feed, which I clicked on to have a good laugh ... until I realized many of his tweets are about the upcoming Nine Inch Nails/Jane's Addiction tour!!! Which, thanks to Navarro's tweets, I now know has added Street Sweeper (Tom Morello and Boots Riley) to the bill.  :o  YAY!

It continues. Through Navarro's twitter list I find (hot damn) Trent Reznor. (The real one.) And Robin Finck. And Jemaine Clement. And all thanks to Robin Williams' aortic valve replacement!

Following musicians' twitters is rather bizarre. Much better than any reality show - there's no editor!
