Wow - it's quiet on the boards today.

Random observations:

I'd say about half or more of the stuff you've heard today is in my playlist at clubs and high schools.

The acoustic track - do you remember any of the lyrics? I could most likely tell you what it is.

The Rehab tune is called "Sittin' In a Bar."

Nobody ever seems to remember any part of the Kardinal Offishall song except for the parts that Akon sings. Kinda funny.

I know like 1 song per list.  And that's generous.  Knowing the general lean of the artists, though, I couldn't sit through this garbage for more than an hour.

The repeats keep coming. Secondhand Serande is so earnest. Ugh.
It's the Benny Hill theme during the banter. Bizarre.

I also heard The Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up. I just don't get this group.
I also heard "new music" from Kevin Rudolf. More I donlt know.

For the unknown song, it's one of those really popular in the late 90s. I could sing all the words, but I can't come up with them now since it's Chris Brown again.

Just heard David Archuleta (America Idol entry 3). And the other Paramore song - Misery Business.

Ooh - Hey There Delilah. I've actually heard this one before.

The ad blocks are about 4 minutes long, every 20 minutes or so. I thought once upon a time it was 10 minutes per hour. That's actually the worst part so far. They're for cars, a bridal show, food (McDonalds and Bojangles), jewelry, and Halloween costumes.

Katy Perry again. And now another that has stumped the playlist.

I can thank the DJ for identifying Jordin Sparks (American Idol entry 4). Now it's Gavin Rossdale. Where has he been the last 10 years?

Dangerous - again. I'm glad I wasn't able to listen all day. The repeating could get really annoying. And I get annoyed when my iPod repeats in the same week.

Another familiar tune - Evanescene. I don't know the title, but itls the one with "Wake me up inside".

The only lyrics I could come up with for the mystery tune are "If you could see me now", but I'm sure I can google it at home tonight.

Ads, again. Ugh.

Could it be P.O.D?

More likely to be P.O.D., but I'll have check tonight.

More repeats from NepYo and Pink. Third time for both songs. I also heard the crossover hit from Taylor Swift (available on eMusic) and that classic from a few years ago: Boulevard of Broken Dreams. I actually don't mind Green Day and still have Dookie in my CD collection.

Traffic reports have started for the afternoon. I'm not leaving for 2 hours, though.

Beyonce again, followed by 3 Doors Down - It's Not My Time and Rihanna again.

Now it's a listener's choice block. She started with Tony Toni Tone. I haven't heard them in years.
