I went to Wal-Mart that afternoon and bought 50 small bottles of Tabasco for $6.50 +tax.  I use about 1 a week, on average, and I am set for the next year.  Wisely, I did check to see if they'd go bad on me.  They don't expire until sometime in 2012... W00T!
That is awesdome.

When I was in Naperville, I ate regularly at a resturant where you could complete all 50 in one sitting...

That wall is all hot sauce.

Doug, that array of sauce is a bit overwhelming. I think both my stomach and ringpiece would actually die if I were to visit there. Looks like hot sauce heaven.

Lando, I have partaken of the Valentina, and it is top class. It's the Raekwon of hot sauce. Common, yet fly.

the Valentina is almost finished. That stuff is like crack! I also tried the Texas Pete, and it is top notch.

I ordered some Pickapeppa hot sauce online today, I'll look forward to dousing everything with that in the new year.

Count me in as a Valentina convert.

I used the last of my small bottle last night so I've got to stop at Biggs to get the liter bottle.

Buying hot sauce by the liter kind of makes my pants tight.
