Remember when we tried to name the Presidents?

Sporcle now has some fun name the song without the lyrics quizzes. You are give about 12 minutes for each one, so this can take some time.

00s Music - http://www.sporcle.com/games/enough/2000smusic
90s Music - http://www.sporcle.com/games/enough/90smusic
80s Music - http://www.sporcle.com/games/enough/80smusic
70s Music - http://www.sporcle.com/games/enough/70smusic
60s Music - http://www.sporcle.com/games/enough/60smusic
Classic Rock - http://www.sporcle.com/games/enough/classicrock

My scores - 00s - 10/36, 90s - 21/36 , 80s - 27/40, 70s - 16/36, 60s - 12/36, Classic Rock - 17/36

I recognized most songs and could come up with the artist. I just didn't know the names of the songs!

I actually found these yesterday too.

I got 34/36 on the 90's one.

Didn't know Jamiroquai or 2Pac.

I am going to take the rest of these now.

Classic Rock - 32/36 (Missed Kiss and Twisted Sister, confused Rebel Yell with White Wedding, and couldn't get the right name of the CCR song)

80's - 39/40

Fucking missed the Queen song.  Fuckity fuck fuck.

70's - 28/36

Wasn't really close on the ones I didn't know.

60's - 28/36

00's - 22/36

Surprised I got this many, but there were more alternative songs in there than I thought there would be.

20/36 00's  Thought this was a stupid list.  I most of the indie songs that really shouldn't have been on there, did okay on the hip-hop *actual* big hits, and crapped out big-time on the AA.  If you are an AA artist all of your songs are titled "That [artist name] Song."

26/36 70's  I should have done better on this, but I hate a lot of these songs so bad my brain would just shut down and then I would miss the next song.  I missed a ton of songs the first pass through, and then I wasted a lot of time skipping around to catch the ones I missed.  And then with two or three minutes left, it just got too painful.  It's not like I hate 70's music, I just hate THIS kind of 70's music.

Yeah, it definitely seemed odd.

I sucked.

That's all you need to know.

I totally embarrassed myself on the 60's round. For someone who listens predominantly to music from that era I felt clueless.

Likewise on the others. 22 years in the music industry and I felt like a knob.

By way of slight consolation, I knew almost every single artist, but the song titles.... nope
