I apparently never posted in last year's thread, and stopped in June 2009 the year before. I have 2 movie passes for this year, so I think I'll make it.
1. Tron Legacy (IMAX theater) 7 of 10 - great special effects and soundtrack. Wasn't expecting much from the story, so I wasn't disappointed.
2. The King's Speech (Rialto theater) 9 of 10- great movie. I was impressed by Helena Bonham Carter's understated performance - quite a departure from her recent roles in Harry Potter and Tim Burton films. Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush should be nominated for awards. Biggest surprise was that Anthony Andrews was in it. Has it really been 29 years since The Scarlet Pimpernel?
3. I Love You Phillip Morris (Colony Theater) 6 of 10 - Having waited almost a year for this, my expectations were really high, so there was a bit of disappointment. Still entertaining, though.
