Last work day of the year, always nice to put on the Christmas playlist for a time like this.

I'm really enjoying the new Goldfrapp song, Anymore, on the list.  I suspect Steeltown Boy would be jamming to it!

Yep, I pre-ordered the album after I posted it... it's so Black Cherry era that I just had to.

Can we talk about the Lala Lala song, Dream Song?

I can't get over how much I like that. I keep listening to it so that I might get tired of it, or figure out WHY I like it. It's too simple and too repetitive. Yet somehow it catches my ear on every listen and makes me focus on it.

Impressive.

I am digging that one too. I think it's simplicity is what makes it endearing. 20 has great taste!

I'll give another shout out to twentyshots as well... the Surf Curse song from last month I have been playing multiple times a day every day.  The album was ok, but this one song is terrific.

I went looking for the lyrics and Google utterly failed me. Check it out:

i was worried that song was just a little....not fresh enough for the playlist, being from last fall or whatever but just found it myself a few weeks ago. anyway, glad y'all like it.

i was thinking the other day how i like these playlists and they are one of the things that keep me motivated to sniff out new music. thanks to all who add to it and i hope we can keep it going.....i think this current one is our 68th!

Anyone else think this Trementina band sounds a little like The Sundays?
