You'll want to contact the interlibrary loan people at your local library. They should/might be able to get their hands on it. However, if it's in the archives, it might be in a closed collection and unavailable for ILL. Can't hurt to try, the ILL people might be able to find a copy in another open collection.

Or check the library's website.  Universities often digitize theses and dissertations (we're doing it now) to make them available online.
Yep, this too. (I've been cataloging them.)

Thanks guys, maybe I'll do that.

Here it is if you want to try your own magic:

Well, they have 3 copies and only 1 is in the archives. The other two seem to be in their off-site storage facility... whether they'd be available to ILL is something to email them about.

Poolio is correct.  It did allow me to request it.  So the 2 that say Available are indeed available for requesting purposes.  SearchOhio/Ohiolink items are renewable 3 times (they go out for 3 weeks).  So that would be 12 weeks. It's 50/day fine, and Ohiolink charges an outrageous charge of $125 if you lose it.

A librarian tale of a different kind:

At the Foals show at Bogart's earlier this week, I'm walking up to the front when all of the sudden someone screams out my name, I turn around and there is this woman "Hi Paul! Do you remember me?" I reply "I am so sorry but I don't", to which she responds "It's (name deleted for privacy purposes)! I know, you probably don't recognize me as my hair has a different color now. Anyway [lights go dark, huge applause, Foals is coming on] ...... Blue Ash...."

I can't understand another word she is saying, and I walk away somewhat awkwardly.I'm thinking I must've met her somewhere in Blue Ash (where I live).

Next day, thank goodness I remember her name, and so I Google her, and there she is! She works in the library of UC Blue Ash, I scroll the rest of her profile, and then notice that she worked in the library here at the law firm some 10+ years ago. I can honestly say I have zero recollection of that. The fact that she not only recognized me but even remembered my name all this time later really impressed and amazed me. Librarians rock!

Tidbits of info:

Khaled Hosseini is talking/book-signing at the Main Library Fri night at 7.  Free, but if you want a book signed, you need to buy his latest at Joseph-Beth.

The annual book sale (which includes a/v) starts on Saturday, 9 am and continues until next Fri.
