1. Spiderman 3 - The child wanted to watch it, he fell asleep 1/3 of the way through and I rejoiced. The movie started and I thought "Oh yeah, this is why I've never chosen to sit through this".
2. Stolen - YeahNO.

3. Mad Max beyond thunderdome - The boy child made me change the channel. I got sad.

1. Aeon flux - Damn. I should have watched the cartoon instead.
2. The Punisher - The Thomas Jane version. You know it's bad when you're 5 minutes in and wishing for Dolph Lundgren.
3. 2012 - I went upstairs to talk to the cat. It was more interesting than this piece of tripe. The fiance stayed downstairs to finish the movie because 'Well, I made it this far I might as well finish it." Idiot.
4. Vampire Academy - Nope.

1 - Drive Hard
2 - Satellite
3 - The Angriest Man in Brooklyn
4 - Primer
I've watched some shitty movies in the past few days - an attempt to shorten my Netflix queue - and managed to suffer most of them. This was billed as a 'low-budget sci-fi thriller. Stuff that has come out my arse after time at the pub has been more 'science fiction' than this load of utter bollocks. Abandoned after 20 mind-numbing minutes of nothing but nerds talking nonsense to each other in their fucking garage.

The bottom right might make a little more sense to you now. I've never seen it, but based on that link and your review, I think I'm good where I am.

I really enjoyed Primer, but it is a film you really need to see twice to get a decent understanding of it. I am a fan of those types of talking movies though. Yes, it is slow, but the payoff is definitely worth it in my mind.

Even if the payoff was Mila Kunis, Marion Cotillard and Scarlett Johansson rolling around in jello in their skimpiest lingerie I don't think I could sit through this one complete time, let alone twice.

1 - Drive Hard
2 - Satellite
3 - The Angriest Man in Brooklyn
4 - Primer
5 - Inherent Vice
Two fingers up to the supposed 'pedigree' of this POS. All the best directors and actors in the world can't polish a turd
6 - Under the Skin
Billed as a "unique Sci-Fi horror thriller". Double speak for "utter shite"
7 - The Art of the Steal
Kurt Russell, Terrence Stamp and others... hold your collective heads in shame.
8 - The Dramatics: A Comedy
Never a good sign when you have to flag what kind of movie you're about to watch in the title. As it happens, it contravened the trades description act as this was neither drama nor funny in the least.

In the end, nothing happens, either. You didn't miss anything except Katherine Waterston getting nekkid. Which, to be fair, might have been worth it.

1. Locke - I thought this would be something I'd enjoy, but watching someone take phone call after phone call was just boring. I thought I could listen to Tom Hardy talk all day long. I was wrong. Only lasted about 25-30 minutes and decided that was enough for me to get the concept and be done with it.
2. GET ON UP - I don't understand the creative decisions taken in this movie. Breaking the fourth wall was really weird. I watched about 35-40 minutes and then decided that I got what I needed from the James Brown doc I watched earlier in the year.

4 - Primer
5 - Inherent Vice
6 - Under the Skin
7 - The Art of the Steal
8 - The Dramatics: A Comedy

Crappie
10 - Peep World
A load of rambling old bollocks about a dysfunctional family
11 - Kill Bill
3 times I've tried to watch this now and each time I hate it, so it is now officially abandoned in perpetuity.
