« on: January 26, 2015, 05:43:13 PM »

2- green bandanna.  last seen on my head
3- red addidas gym shorts.  fucking loved them

number five would be a flannel jacket i got from my grandpops, but i know that my former roommate annexed and lost

Last winter I was on a ski trip. I purchased some nice gloves to replace my currently dying ones, and by the time I got home I only had one of the new gloves. What the hell!

1. Little black wrap - last seen: at work. Might have been left hanging on a hook in a bathroom stall. Very bummed about losing it because it went with everything!
2. Gray pashmina scarf from England - last seen: Mexican restaurant. Probably slid off into the floor under the booth where we were sitting.
3. Black base layer winter top - last seen: at home. I had three of them last month but one has escaped into the wild.

i had a scarf that i bought in guatemala that i wore everywhere.  same as you i knew where i was when i lost it.  i lost mine on a connecting flight from manchester, new hampshire to cleveland.  i was walking thru the terminal and i knew something was missing.  i started to run back toward the gate and my wife chased me.  i explained in flight that my scarf was on the plane!  luckily the plane hadn't even begun to board and while they wouldn't allow me onto the plane, they had someone search.  no dice.  someone ganked that shit.  i would've

Yup.  I have pair of nice pair of suede mittens I received around the same time that are always there every winter.  But who in the hell wears mittens over the age of 8?

Here too, except I found one and never found the mate.

Lately, we seem to be experiencing an uptick in sock disappearances.

I had a hat which I wore all the time, but the missus hated it thinking that it made me look like Gallagher.  It went missing at home and I can only assume it was her.

Me! But I don't have mittens with the string connecting them together.  Mine are smartwool from Ella, and you can unbutton the bit over the fingers and fold it back so they are mitts.  I love my mittens.

I love my mittens too.  They keep my hands much warmer than gloves do.

I would love them if I didn't have to do anything with my hands.  They make me feel like a lame lobster gnawing hopelessly at the responsibilities at hand.

I had a similar hat, but doubt your wife took it.  It was an ugly dorky plaid abomination, but I still loved that damn hat.  I'll can add that to the list.

This is why I have the flip-top version! And I wear gloves underneath.
