Two episodes into "American Vandal" the mockumentary on Netflix.

I'm sad to say this, but after pausing the watching...I really want to know more about who drew the dicks.
I prefer it when they ask "who DID the dicks". It just cracks me up every time.
I think I watched 4 or 5 episodes. Definitely going to keep watching!

I need to get back to AMERICAN VANDAL.

I got sucked in by MINDHUNTER and watched the whole thing last weekend.

Then, I got sucked into TERRACE HOUSE.

Netflix OWNS me right now.

Follow ups after season 2 of formerly new shows:

GLOW-- The best part of the show is how much fun everyone seems to be having filming the (intentionally) cheesy matches/promos.  Those parts are great.  The problem is, the actual fake GLOW show is (also intentionally) kind of awful so you can only show so many moments.  And there's just not enough going on in the rest of the show.  It's kind of depressing, but not super "The Wrestler" depressing.   And it's depressing in a way that doesn't reveal much about the characters.  It's just sort of untalented people with problems not surprisingly having a notsogreat time.

Handmaid's Tale-- The ending to the season sucked so bad I was grateful.  Like I just felt any desire to watch the show sucked right out of me in the last minute or so.  It's not really a heroic action pic, though it tries to be, and it has too many fake happy moments to be a grim distopian drama.  Basically Offred acts like an idiot 60% of the time and somehow gets away with it.  Unlike everyone else, her horrible life is more a function of her own idiocy than the society she lives in.  Which makes her both boring and unsympathetic.  I think the show wants to be more of an ensemble piece.  That way you could have your adventure hero/take down the evil guys/shoot 'em up sequences for some character plot lines, and the more suitable Dang my life sucks/ will I ever escape/everyday-a-fresh-new-horror plot line that is more suitable for Offred.  Also, this show consistently has the most boring and useless flashback episodes I've ever seen.  REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS LIKE WHEN PEOPLE USED TO JUST GO TO COFFEE SHOPS?  YES BECAUSE I JUST DID IT.  There's no reason to ever flashback to the present.  Seriously, I'm a middle aged man watching netflix alone in my pajamas.  All you make me do is think "Hey, the world wasn't that great before Gilead either."
