As a 20 year old I saw a number of good indie rock shows there, but never was part of the "breakdancing" element. Happy for nostalgic purposes only.

I saw a number of shows there back in the day. But not Muse (although I very desperately tried to get in).

Given the major changes in the Short Vine scene these days (if you haven't been there in, say, the last 5-6 years, you'll be shocked what it looks like these days as compared to those grim 90-00s days), I imagine it could do quite well.

i might go just to see the place again.......see if they replaced the piss trough in the men's bathroom.....

i liked that place, probably saw the wolverton brothers more than anyone else there......but yeah, it all depends on who they can book. trying to think who is "maximum capacity 350" big.......basically bigger than MOTR but smaller than woodward

There's a venue in Richmond that's 350 max capacity.

Hopalong played there in May.  Guided By Voices is playing a few months from now.

I saw Dido there (maybe in 1998 or 1999) with maybe 13 other people. It was an amazing experience.

I looked it up. I saw one band there.

Haven't seen any gig posts either, but I may missing them, although I doubt it
