Crispin Glover has apparently gone completely mad
« on: January 18, 2005, 04:45:06 PM »

I saw this elsewhere today, I have no idea what to make of it.  I knew ol' Crispy (that's what his pals call him) was a little on the odd side, but this is strange to say the least.

Click here for the trailer.  NOT SAFE FOR WORK

He's shown at the end of the clip, and it does indeed appear to be George McFly.  The film is also listed in his IMdb profile.

I'm guessing his middle name isn't really Hellion, but like I said, the man is a little strange.

I'm not sure who Crispin Glover is, but I'll say that, yes, he is indeed mad.  That is some strange shiznit.  Looks interesting, and I might watch it if it were on cable one day, but that's all I can say for now.

I'll go see it.

Anyone remember seeing him on Letterman (when Dave was still on NBC)? Now that was weird.

Frankly, given what you all have said, I'm now afraid to click on that link.

I'm not sure who Crispin Glover is

You probably know him best as George McFly in Back to the Future.

You mean:  "I'm just not good at....confrontations." or "You....are my density!"

Ah...well, that's a start, but I guess I don't know anything else about him other than that one character.   Thanks for the tip.

Dave doesn't like almost being kicked in the head.

That and monkeys.

I actually like Crispin Glover. I think he walks a fine line between bonkers and genius, but he's never dull.  I have his CD (which is aquired listening) and he stars in one of my favorite movies (Ruben & Ed).

I'll go see this if it ever gets released.

That's only the first of the Back to the Future trilogy, mind you.

Crispin was great in THE RIVER'S EDGE...
Also, he was a wonderfully convincing Andy Warhol in THE DOORS.
