OK, here is my proof that I at least have an ounce of sanity. And thank you to Lauren for defending me as well.

PURPLE PANDA:

Here's a link to see him with Mr. McFeely:

And just for giggles and shits:

"Gee JR, we sure are sorry for making fun of you the other night. You're right, there really WAS a character named Purple Panda. We now worship you!"

 :lol

P.S. Good to see Rafe and his better half this past weekend. You're great folks and I wish we could do that more often!!

Is that Joe Negri from Mister Roger's Neighborhood in that 2nd picture?

By the way, Ethan recognized the Purple Panda and started getting all excited.

I can't believe people didn't remember Purple Panda.
Actually, yes, I can, since hardly anybody remembers that forgetful cowboy from Sesame Street (I ca'nt remember his name, but he had a cow & a girlfriend, and one of them was named Clementine).

I was a Sesame Street addict. I still watch it with the boys.

Here's a great site to relive memories:

I could have backed you up on Purple Panda. He was from a purple world with purple people, too. I think Lady Elaine went and visited them.

I watched Mr. Roger's for 10 years (as the oldest in the family), so I can tell you a lot more about it than other shows like The Brady Bunch or Gilligan's Island.
