Just so we don't clutter up the 50 books in 2006 thread too much...

On New Year's Eve, technically around 1 or 2 AM or so, I finished Stephen King's The Colorado Kid which was part of the Hard Case Crime series.  I liked it quite a bit.   It's a quick and fun read.  It's a mystery, not a horror novel.  At any rate, it's like $4, and in my view, totally worth it.  I am counting this as a 2005 book though, as I had all but 40 or so pages done in 05.

So far, in 06, I'm done with:
Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix- JK Rowling
Pipsqueak- Brian Wiprud (very fun book!)
And I'm currently (re)reading
The Girl who Loved Tom Gordon- Stephen King  I really liked this book the first time around, and it's one of the few King novels I haven't reread.  Seemed like a good tide over until I can get back to the library.

Anybody have any good suggestions?

You can read Half-Blood Prince again now that I'm done with it.

I just finished HBP and will now start Pipsqueak by Brian Wiprud, Stuffed was awesome so I have high hopes for this one.
