I know to most of you, most nifty sites are old news but I am easily amused.  This is a neato keen site:

 Damn Interesting

And this is addictive and sad sometimes but cool too.  I think both of these were Yahoo picks too but are cool none the less.

What are some of your favorites?

Oh yeah this one is cool too!:

Found is pretty cool.

I'll also have to nominate Homestar Runner as one of the all time greats.

You Send It is probably the most useful.

Lost Films is a site dedicated to images that have languished in antique cameras-- undeveloped until now.

Savage Chickens because it makes me laugh every day.

Earth Files feeds my conspiracies about Real Life X-Files.

Hmm...I've recently taken a liking to McSweeney's, which sometimes has interesting, well written stuff (I particularly like some of the Open letters to people or entities who are unlikely to respond, although the current one isn't all that interesting).

But really, there aren't that many places I go regularly.  There are ten or so blogs in my favorites, but only three of those that I really read everything on.

Many of those blogs are along the lines of www.dailykos.com This is a left/Democrat blog, focused almost exclusively on electoral politics.  (Incidentally, blog owner Markos Moulitsas was decent on The Colbert Report last week).  Most of the other blogs in my faves are also of a similar vein (not all left leaning, but all news/politics junky blogs).

Ah yes, McSweeneys!  I forgot about that site.  Thanks for reminding me about that one.  That has some good stuff, especially the Lists.

I'd imagine all the rest of your can take your sites down.  This one is pretty well it.
