A number of years ago I found at random two John Jinks images that I've always really liked:

The Conversation (which now hangs on my wall)

and Passion

I know nothing of him or his other work, but I dig those two.

My very favorite artist is Jackson Pollock; his painting "Guardians of the Secret" is the one I love most. I have a print of it at home, along with several other Pollock prints.

Another favorite is ...

Ernie Barnes - I have a print of this painting, "Late Night DJ."

Another favorite artist is Edward Hopper. I'm particularly fond of this one, "New York Movie."

Marcel Duchamp. Any man that makes urinals art is tops in my books. Also, L.H.O.O.Q. is perhaps one the first pieces of modern pop art.

I like David Hockney

Me, too. One of my absolute favourites! I'm also a massive fan of Miro, Pollock, Magritte, Francis Bacon, Jawlensky, Fab Five Freddy and Franz Marc.

The one collection of work/movement that has influenced me most, though, is the stuff churned out by all those that were a part of the Bauhaus school. Some of their costume designs were incredible, aside from the good shit they were more famous for producing over those exciting times. To call those people ahead of their time is an understatement. Pretty much a more moody/angular version of 97X, except using easels and cameras instead of wax and CD's.
